When I looked at the pictures I thought that the hotel was a cheap hotel, but after the stay I changed my mind. Very nice staff with a decent lobby and living capsules.
Unfortunately there is no WiFi in the capsule room, so if you wanted internet you had to stay in the lobby. Bed was too hard for me personally, but otherwise no problem.

Cleanliness, bathroom was pleasant, lots of cosmetics were provided.
Unfortunately only community shower without privacy screen

All good.

The very, very nice staff. The equipment in the bathrooms was great. About shampoo, conditioner, hair gel, hair mousse, shaving foam, hair tonic, disinfected hair brushes and much more.
Very hard mattresses in the capsules. But one could simply get an additional blanket at the reception and convert it into a mattress. Thanks to the great staff.

The room at Tokyo Kiba Hotel was cozy and comfy, making me feel right at home. I loved having my own private shower and toilet, it provided the perfect level of privacy. Plus, the free internet access was a great bonus for a tech-savvy person like me!
The only thing I didn't quite fancy was the lack of a view from my room. But hey, it's just my personal preference, others might not even mind!

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices were very reasonable and affordable, especially considering the clean and comfortable capsules and the convenient location. I particularly liked the fact that it is located just off the main crossroad and only a short walk from the Kiba subway station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
I had a satisfactory experience and there is nothing major that I believe needs improvement at this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding. Considering the affordable prices, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail throughout the hotel. Secondly, the location couldn't have been better. Just off the main crossroad by the subway line, this hotel was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. They were friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. Plus, the basic amenities in the rooms were more than sufficient for a comfortable stay.
No improvements needed, everything was spot on.

An overnight stay in a capsule is an interesting experience that one should have had once and one actually has more space in it than one would first assume. Bathroom areas were clean. Staff friendly.
Our mattress was worn out. You could feel almost every spring. The shower and bathing areas already look a little "used to". Watch out for the step in the toilet area, my toe has already made acquaintance with it.

The staff was very friendly and could speak good English. Everything was well explained to us and everything went smoothly. The large double capsule was very spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness always great as everywhere in Japan. The small bath was already very worn out, but still within the normal range. Capsule experience that can be recommended.
Small bathroom slightly worn out

We had a great stay at this hotel! The capsules were spacious even for someone who is 6'4", and they were really comfortable. The bathroom was large and had everything we needed, including complementary shampoo, soap, and fresh towels. The location was excellent, close to transportation and many attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were impressive, such as the hot tub, sauna, and tea lounge. we had a fantastic experience!
Nothing all excellent.

This hotel is conveniently located just off the main crossroad from Kiba subway station, making it very easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms on the higher floors were comfortable and well-appointed, with attention to detail and basic amenities provided. The value for money was exceptional, especially considering the prices of other nearby hotels.
All was just fine, no improvements needed.

We were surprised how much space there is in a double capsule (about 2.5x2.5m). As one of the few capsule hotels, men and women can stay overnight in one capsule. Even in this 1-star hotel, towels, toothbrushes, combs and slippers were provided free of charge. The spa area (Onsen) is 3x4m and completely sufficient. Here, a distinction is made between the sexes. In the immediate vicinity (3min) is a large shopping centre with restaurants.
For a capsule hotel there were no complaints.
